so ive been mia but i havent fallen back on this dieting and exercise plan i have going on.. definitely hopping on the scale this week on thurs to check my progress from my last weigh-in #fingerscrossed

hopped on the scale last week and i was 205.. 205 i can deal with.. if i keep it up i will be in the 100s at some point this week.. that makes me happy.. i will stick to this and overcome what i have become :)
